South Medford Panthers Varsity defeated Sheldon 3-2 on Saturday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at two with South Medford Panthers Varsity batting in the bottom of the sixth when Charlie Campbell singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Blake Shield struck out six, while Sheldon pitchers sat down four.

Sheldon got things moving in the second inning. M Sain grounded out, scoring one run.

Shield earned the win for South Medford Panthers Varsity. He surrendered two runs on six hits over seven innings, striking out six and walking zero.

A Waggers took the loss for Sheldon. He allowed nine hits and three runs over five innings, striking out four and walking zero.
