Frosh Football Drops Opener at Roseburg 12-22

After 8 months of on again off again practice the South frosh finally opened at Roseburg. From Head Coach Sean Johnston  he said It was a tough game you could tell we were dealing with some first game jitters. Things started to get away from us fast but then we began to settle down compete.

Varsity Football drops opener to Crater

South Medford football opened the season at home against Crater. It was the first time the teams had played each other. since 2013 and the first time either team had played in over 450 days. JV Football opens with 42-0 road win at Crater

It took most of the first quarter to settle in but the South Medford JV team ended with a 42-0 win at Crater. Josh Phillips caught the first td from Henry Williams for a 6-0 first quarter lead. Williams and Phillips teamed up for two more touchdowns. Williams also had td passes to Asher Johnson
