The Lady Panther basketball program honored senior Ula Chamberlin at their last regular season home game vs Sheldon. Congratulations Ula.

Tonight we honor our lone senior, captain Ula Chamberlin. She is joined tonight by Coach Cole, her lady Panther teammates and her immediate family which include parents Jon and Nicole Chamberlin. Her siblings Braddah, Kaili, and Kawai (pronounced Kavy). She is also joined by her grand parents Jim and Penny Whitney and her uncle and aunt Clayson and Britney Whitney and cousins, Taizi, Tymber and Hunter Whitney.
Ula has been a 4 year varsity starter and two time team captain for the South Medford Lady Panthers. She has been 1st team All-conference in each of her first 3 seasons and was an All State selection in both her sophomore and junior years. She is 18th player under Coach Cole to receive an NCAA scholarship for basketball. Next year Ula will attend school at Division 1 university Weber State, a member of the Big Sky athletic conference.
Ula Chamberlin will finish her career at South Medford with an opportunity to finish as the all time leading scorer in South Medford Lady Panther basketball history. She currently in second place amassing a total of 1808 points and is only 17 points shy of eclipsing the record currently held by 2013 graduate Kylee Towery.
